Customer satisfaction levels on contacting the ASB Team continue to remain high.
Complainants or witnesses contacting the team are asked to complete Quality of Service questionnaires in order to ensure that a high level of service is given - and the results are good.
Andrew Meyer - ASB Team Manager said,
"The results of returned questionnaires are extremely pleasing and show what our complainants and witnesses really think. Whilst we don't get everything right all of the time, we do try our hardest to give a good service and make a real difference. Where people are not entirely happy, we listen to what they have to say and look to learn from their feedback.
I would encourage anyone experiencing anti-social behaviour to contact us, even if it is just to get some advice".
